I really do love building everything on the web, be it frontends or backends or everything in between. Most of my work is done with Typescript and good ol' HTML/CSS (and React and Node and other things), but I also spend a lot of time in Python writing scripts to automate the mundane. Python rocks.
While I do love all things coding and systems design, I take a lot more into consideration than just the technical. You ever hate how when you are forced to login to a website, it doesn't take you back to where you were? Yeah, we think about those kinds of things here.

App: Govee React Dashboard
Fully responsive React+Node app originally created to let my partner control my wifi LED lights from across the globe.
Adjust the sliders and color pickers to change the brightness, color and temperature of the lightbulbs in real time, via REST API and websockets!
You can save currently selected color and brightness as presets as well.
Why use websockets? Because live UI updates look awesome. Ask me about how I used linear interpolation to smooth out the client-side movement of the sliders even during network lag!
App: GimmeDrink
It's like Googling for recipes, without all the bs.
This is a fully responsive app, built purely with raw HTML5, CSS and Typescript (no frameworks needed), for looking up drink recipes by name or ingredient, sourced from multiple databases, and getting back only what you need: A name, a picture, ingredients, and instructions. No life-stories, no ads.. Did I say no life-stories?
Have no idea what you want? Browse new recipes by clicking on ingredients for different drinks. It's like getting lost in wikipedia links.
App: Garden Expressions Cafe
Fully responsive and modern app design for a healthy brunch cafe focused on atmosphere.
If you're looking to attract a younger crowd seeking healthier alternatives, you need your site to be modern, responsive, and very easy to navigate. The easier it is to get to their food, the longer they'll browse around the site in a good mood, getting hungrier. No-restraint meal browsing. Now I'm hungry.

Search Engine Optimization
Very important, and yet so few take it into consideration. It all starts from something as simple as semantic, modern HTML5 structure.
Node.js
I've built many servers for CRUD apps, RESTful APIs, websockets, and have deployed image containers to kubernetes clusters. Most of this done with Node as the backend.
React
I know modern React so your apps look modern, perform well, and have limitless options for design.
TypeScript
The main language much of the modern web runs on is Javascript. The much better version of that is TypeScript! It's my favorite!
HTML5
Many engineers still aren't paying attention to their HTML. When everything is a div, they miss out on important semantics, accessibility, and SEO. If this is important, then start from here.
CSS3
It's not an uncommon complaint that engineers use React and other frontend frameworks without knowing the fundamentals of CSS. Ask them to explain selector specificity.
